After receipt, please be sure to check all the products you have received.


In the case of A/S due to product defect, you can apply only within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product, and subsequent applications are considered as A/S due to consumer negligence, and additional costs will be incurred.


1. For repair

① Product defect: If you send a picture of the defective product to info@plumeeyewear.com, after checking the condition, a replacement product will be sent to the next order.

② Consumer negligence: If you send photos of A/S products to info@plumeeyewear.com, the related parts will be sent immediately.

- Average price of parts front $10, temple $10 (price varies by model)

- One-way shipping fee ($10~17) is borne by the customer

③ If you wish to repair the Fantom Optical directly, the cost of the parts and round-trip shipping ($ 20 ~ 34) will be borne by the customer.

2. Exchange and Refund

Exchange round-trip shipping cost: $20~34

Return one-way shipping cost: $10~17

Depending on the original purchase / country / receipt of exchanges and returns, processing results and shipping costs will vary.
